  Christianity.... that's the religion... or better yet, my relationship.
  
  A couple/few times a week, I hang out with some other people who like to honor God and His son too...and share there personal beliefs and questions with one another.... AND see how (together) they can make the world a better place until God takes over.

  Deuteronomy 18:21-22 (NIV)
  
  "How can we know when a message has not been spoken by the LORD?" If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the LORD does not take place or come true, that is a message the LORD has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuously. Do not be afraid of him.

  going for a colonoscopy(sp) on friday

  yes, but i hear thursday will be the bad day, when i do the meds and have to sit 3 feet from the toilet for 24 hours,,oyy vay.

  any here been thru this wonderful experience?.

  The Number 1 "hole" in the doctine of Jehovah's Witnesses...

  after years of research, i think i've finally come across the biggest hole in the basic doctrine of jw's .

  they say that there is no hell...but that you can live for eternity in a world full of nothing but witnesses.... .

  ...i'm not sure, but i think this statement contradicts itself??????

  Breaking it to my grandparents

  so i've been deciding for the past year or so whether or not i want to stay in this religion, and i have decided that i do not.

  i plan on telling my grandparents (whom i live with) this very soon, possibly tomorrow.

  of course i can't be just like "i don't want to be a jehovah's witness anymore", but rather "i don't believe in this anymore, and here are the reasons why".

  [3] What do you really think the outcome will be?
  
  The hundreds of posts of this forum should be able to give you a pretty good idea of the possibilities of (unforeseen) outcomes.
  
  We heard what you said about how long it's been so for... what's a few more days gonna hurt?
  
  I've regretted MANY of the decisions that I've made over the years...
  but I have NEVER regretted the time I took to REALLY think something over first!

  hey all, i'm new to the board, and happy to have found it.

  i'm going to college for the first time (i'm 25 yrs old).

  does anyone have any advice on how to handle the challenge?

  After bustin' my a$$ to maintain a 4.0 I finally realized something...The GPA doesn't really mean a thing (unless your focusing on graduate studies). You're there to learn... PERIOD. Focus on that... relish in the new things that you learn, everyday. Have fun and try and find your personal "Balance point". First few weeks, nothing but academics... slowly add the social scene until it gets out of balance. You've got 4 years... there will be lots of time to have fun.

  My boyfriend left me for someone else yesterday.......

  yep....'tis true....she's more entertaining, better looking, and apparently provides hours of ''fun activities''.

  sometimes they get together with her one of her friends and play well into the night.... her name?.

  .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. xbox 360 and her friend gears of war.. lol...he got the gow game yesterday and stayed up till past midnight playing.
